Grade change = Rescind?

Do you guys think UCLA would rescind over a grade change (from an A to a B)? It is an elective class, not required for IGETC or major. But... Every grade does count. :(

You told them you had A an but in reality you had a B??

No. I had an A but my professor emailed me, telling me she made a mistake.

Why she wants to make my life a living hell I don’t know. But regardless, it was a grade change, like I said.

Just call them and tell them about it, I’m not sure if it will be a rescind or not but it is kinda unfair to you if the professor changed it after the fact, but then again if you knew about this a while ago you should have reported it

It was recent. Yesterday, in fact.

tell them and ask them if they want a written statement from your professor because it’s not your fault. good luck!

Based on the other reports on this site, it seems highly doubtful that you will be rescinded if its not a prereq or IGETC.

Yeah, and if anything send a print screen of the email to them when you change grade :frowning: its not like you had an A then it turned to an F lol :)

Thanks guys, will do (: Crossing my fingers.
