Grade deflation: a handicap for grad school?

Does anybody know if the grade deflation policy at Princeton is hurting its graduates from gaining acceptance to top graduate/professional schools?
For the top law schools in particular, where GPA seems to be the primary factor in selection criteria, how do Princeton grads fare?

The grade deflation policy has had a minimal effect on grades, which are still horrendously inflated (at Princeton and elsewhere). Consequently, it probably has a minimal (but existent) effect on graduate school. Here’s some FAQs about the policy.

^ jomjom, is that you? haha

seriously though, grade deflation is taking its toll on Princeton grads applying to graduate & law and med schools… perhaps equally important, a lot of people are concerned that hiring managers are taking other ivy league grads over Princeton grads because of the lower GPAs at the latter…

this is quite a contentious issue on the dailyprincetonian.com-
