Can anyone currently attending Wharton tell me if UPenn has any issues with grade deflation? I was recently told that it seems to be a common trend among the top tier ivy leagues. If Wharton do use grade deflation, can anyone provide me with some rough numbers? Thanks!

It’s the other way around, actually. Top-tier Ivy league schools tend to have grade inflation.

Here are some examples. They are the only relevant numbers I could give you:

[University of Pennsylvania](http://gradeinflation.com/penn.html)
[Yale University](http://gradeinflation.com/yale.html)
[Brown University](Brown University)
[url=Harvard]Harvard[/url]

the only ivy with grade deflation is princeton.

(for other top schools: i’m actually not sure about mit. stanford has grade inflation)
