Grade Drop in Junior Year--Affect Admissions?

I'm a junior and I'm worrying about my chances at admissions for some schools since the 3rd quarter this year for me was terrible. I had family problems, overworked, stressed, burnt out and I missed about 2 weeks of school because I was sick (I have fibromyalgia--when I'm stressed I get sick). Naturally my grades dropped, but they dropped way more than I though they were going to. I ended up getting 2 Cs, 2 As and 4 Bs (B-s :(). A B- in AP English and a C+ in AP US History (when I had an A- in the 2nd quarter). This is going to bring down my second semester and my cumulative GPA. What should I do other than keep high grades 4th quarter? How much will this affect my chances? I have 6 ECs and in NHS (but who knows if I'll be able to stay in it, although I hate that club) and volunteer (nothing amazing, only around 60 or so hours this year). My unweighted GPA was around 3.65 and my weighted was about 3.733, now it's going to be in the low 3.0s...

I know that some people have grade drops in junior/beginning of senior year, but a big drop will probably look bad to admissions, right?

And I'm looking at Boston University, George Washington University, American University, and Northeastern University for Anthro and Linguistics if that is of any help.

Thanks in advance!
