Grade inflation vs SAT II score

I took the Spanish SAT II in May 2011 and got a 640, which is 42 percentile.
However, my spanish grades are not representative of this score:
Grade 9 - A, Grade 10 - A+, Grade - 11 - on track for A, if not A+.

I'm worried that my low SAT II will make my grades seem inflated. I was thinking about not sending my spanish score all together, but some of my schools strongly recommend sending a foreign language.

I will retake it in October, but if I do not end up getting 750+ ish, should I not send my score?

I think if you get an A in a class but get a sub-700 score on the SAT II, your grade was probably inflated. I know kids from other schools in my area who have As in AP chem or Pre Calc and they struggle to break a 650 on the SAT IIs. THAT right there is grade inflation.

It’s the other way around for me. I got Bs in both AP Chem and Precalc H but got 800s in both. Hopefully a high SAT II score and low grade combination = grade deflation.
