<p>I chose to go to UCSD over Rice because it has a better BioE program. However, I just found out that the avg GPA at Rice is a 3.3 and the avg GPA at UCSD is a 3.0. Is that a big difference in terms of grade inflation? Should I call go to Rice instead if I am a very serious premed?</p>
