<p>Hi guys, so here is my situation. I am a high school senior and I got my admission from UC Davis. But during 2nd semester of the school year, I had C and F in my AP calculus BC last 2 marking periods. If I work very hard this marking period and get an A, then I think I can get bring it up to a C-. But it is very hard to get an A in that class, so I’m extremely worried now because let’s say if I only can get a B then my semester grade will be a D…</p>
<p>So I am kinda want to know what if I am really going to get a D. Will UC Davis take away my admission? I don’t know about the explianation but I don’t think that my reasons are good and strong, because I was kinda like slack off. Some reasons for example I would say I was very busy working with my youth organization on a school campaign. I also sick for about one week and I didnt go to that AP Calculus class because it’s A period so I didnt want to wake up that early since I was sick.</p>

<p>this class is my 5th year math
(9th: Geometry, 10: Advance Algebra 11: AP Stat, HP Math Analysis, and 12: AP Calculus BC). So I kinda like want to take this class as my elective class and want to see what will the next level math like. However I was too busy can failed to maintain a average grade.</p>
<p>For my GPA, i am sure it is still above 3.5</p>
<p>And I got Bs and As in my other classes.</p>
<p>I am willing to take summer class if they ask me to take it again.</p>
<p>Even if I get a D as a result, I will still get class credit, not like F. So I will be graduating on time.</p>
<p>I will try to talk to my teacher and see if he will work with me and give me at least a C-. However, I am freaking out already because I remember one day he said “Don’t even try to slack off after the AP Exam, we will be still working hard in the last marking period. We will have 3 tests this month…” After litensing to him, I feel like Imma gonna fail for sure. Because I am not a good test taker. </p>
<p>I’ve send an email to UC Davis asking about what if i get a D but they just referred me a page for submitting my explainations. I don’t want to submit or report it yet because I still have chance, even though it is a very little chance that I can get an A this marking period, I will still try. But at this moment, I am very worried.</p>
