<pre><code> The only constant in this world is change. The world is rapidly changing around us every second, but this change is not necessarily for the best. Global warming and world hunger are two major issues the we are facing today and are leading our world to the worse.
Global warming has been threatening our environment for years. In 2012, the International Energy Agency made a calculation that shocked people. Greenhouse emissions have increased in a large rate causing the temperature to increase up to three celsius degrees each decade instead of two degrees, which is considered as a really high rate. This change endangers the environment on the long term and endangers people's lives as well. The problem is only increasing which is leading the world to worse conditions.
Another crisis that is faced everyday is world hunger. A calculation done cites that 23% of the world's countries produce more nutrients that its need, yet approximately twenty one thousand lives are lost each day due to hunger. Some organizations and associations make an effort to diminish this problem, but it's not enough. The problem is only heading to the worse, causing thousands of individuals to die because of a problem that can be demolished if the right effort is done, but it's not done. This problem is only one of many other problems that are pushing the world to the worse.
In the light of the above examples, it is clear that the world is definitely not changing for the better, but it's heading to the worse. Global warming and world hunger are only two problems that lead to complications and other catastrophies. These problems are also two out of many other problems that threaten the welfare of the world.
