I have already been accepted at penn st berks and payed my enrollment fee. Yet in the second quarter of this year my grades have dropped drastically. Am I in danger of getting my acceptance revoked if I do not get my grades higher for the test of the year?

Though Penn State Berks is not a highly selective school for admission, it, like any college, reserves the right to withdraw your admission if your senior year grades drop. Whether that will occur is determined on a student by student basis and there is no rule that defines a specific level that if your grades fall by by some specific amount your admission will be withdrawn. The risk is very low if you are only talking about having a few Cs and the rest Bs or As but increases significantly if you have Ds or Fs.

Because this is only one quarter of bad grades, do you think if I were to improve my grades I will be fine?

You will probably be fine. But since you are worried, pop by your guidance counselor’s office and ask his/her professional opinion about this.
