<p>why rare? Each PBK chapter admits the same percentage of the undergraduates, so they should be just as common at UOFC as anywhere else. If you said no one is concerned because it is not THAT big a deal, I´d agree. But rare? no.</p>
<p>I think <em>rare</em> meant a small percentage, albeit a constant one across schools.</p>
<p>Yes, that's what I was implying. Not that the U of C had less PBKs than other schools, but that there are so few of them to begin with that it's not really on the minds of people here...</p>
