<p>So, my grades finally came out, so I am now able to update my grades. But, I'm a little confused as to what the UC App actually wants.</p>
<p>For Spring 2008 semester it asks for the grades as well; should I leave the spaces blank or put IP (In Progress) in place? Also, it asks for information for the Summer session; should I check "I have no coursework for this term"? As when I do, it asks that I explain why I have a gap in my education.. Shouldn't this be self-explanatory?</p>
<p>YES -- same problem here. For Spring I think we should put IP for Summer I don't know what to do. Anybody else...</p>

<p>I actually just read the update carefully and it said "if grades have not been given for a term you can leave it blank" -- something close to that at least. click the (i) thing above the grade input to see it.</p>

<p>No you include your planned courses if in fact you're continuing. if you're done then good for you! For summer where it asks why I'm not completing classes I typed in "IGETC completed by the end of spring"</p>

<p>No. You have to put IP or PL in the section. Also, only UCR allow the summer grade. OThers you need to be done by the end of spring 2008 to be admitted for Fall 08 or any fall</p>
<p>I'm pretty sure you leave it blank, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. If you click on the link with the ? icon next to it, there's an example of how you should fill out IP classes.</p>
<p>actually UCI allows summer classes also!</p>
