Hi, just want to know the classes at Duke, anyone heard of inflation or deflation at Duke??
I’m a current Duke premed. The prerequisites are difficult but not insane. I did well without getting too stressed out so I thought they were fine.
I can try and offer my perspective on the pre med classes Ive taken. Intro chem (honors chem was curved to a B+). Intro Bio has 91% of people get a B- or better (from the class slide), 2nd semester gen chem I think is curved to a B+. Not sure how they curve Orgo or physics but I think its definitely fair from what I’ve heard.
91% B-!!! that’s brutal. Sounds to me that it is VERY difficult to get an A then 
no 91% of the students get a B- or better
oh, that’s much better 
Also, any comments on BS vs BA Biology major?
