Grades dropping in senior year

I've been accepted at CSU's - before my first semester grades came out. GPA really dropped. Got a D+ in calculus, which I am dropping. It's the lowest grade I've ever had. Got an A in an AP class and B's in everything else. Am taking two AP's in second semester. Am active in my school. Would the CSU's drop me?

Admissions offers are conditional, assuming that you maintain somewhat of the same level of academic achievement as before you were accepted. Dropping an important academic class is certainly not a good way to secure your place at a university.

Don't drop it. Do really well in Calc second semester and maybe they'll forgive you or put you on academic probation freshman year or something.
