Grades from studying abroad

So I am spending my 10th-grade year studying abroad on an exchange in Spain, and I have a few questions about the grades. My grades are pretty good considering I didn’t really speak much Spanish for the first half of the year, but they are not perfect, compared to my straight A’s at home. Will top colleges be understanding, given that it isn’t my first language and stuff? And would they factor these grades into my GPA?

On my normal American transcript, the classes from Spain are only going to show up as Pass/Fail, but I plan on submitting my Spanish transcript additionally. Does this make sense?

Thank you!

Here is the scale:

10.00 Sobresaliente A+
9.00 - 9.99 Sobresaliente (Outstanding) A
7.00 - 8.99 Notable (Very Good) B+
6.00 - 6.99 Bien (Good) B
5.00 - 5.99 Suficiente (Sufficient) C
3.00 - 4.99 Insuficiente (Insufficient) D
0.00 - 2.99 Muy deficiente (Very Insufficient) F

Here is what I have for the first two trimesters:

English - 10/10
History - 10/10
Spanish Language and Literature - 9/10
Chemistry/Physics - 9/10
Biology - 9/9
Religion - 10/10
Technology - 10/10
PE - 9/8
French - 10/10
Math - 10/10

The 8 in PE is because it’s graded on athletic ability and not participation and my PE teacher is a bit sexist tbh. But the bigger issue is, is that a 10 here is quite rare, and in many of my classes only 2 people will get a 10, which makes it much harder to achieve than an A. In some of the classes where I have a 9 (like bio) it’s the best grade in the class, but I don’t think that schools would realize this. I am kind of worried that if they calculate this into my GPA (4.0) it might bring it down.

Let me know your thoughts!

Ask you school in Spain to present the scale like: 10: top 1-3% in school
9: top 5-10% in school
8: top 10-15% in school
7: top 20-25% in school
6: top 30-40% in school
5: top 50-60% in school
(For instance.)
Colleges know that numbers have a different cultural value depending on educational system so anything 7+ will be seen as excellent.
