Grades in non-transferable courses not considered?

Under the transfer admissions criteria' section on the UC website, it says "the student's grade point average in all transferable courses" is considered. Yes. Of course it is.

Last semester, I received a C+ in a math course that is NOT transferable. I had to take it as a prerequisite for calculus. Does this mean the C will not be included in my reviewed GPA, such as those that UCLA posts on their transfer admissions statistics page?

Please let me know. Thank you!

Edit: If non-transferable courses are not considered, I have a 4.0...and less units, unfortunately.

funny i received a C+ in a pre-req to calc as well, i applied as a math major having received A’s in all core classes…it so happens that since that c+ class since it wasnt a required course it really didnt count for much…i believe they (UF) still calculates my pre-prof gpa as 4.0…

As for non-transferable courses all together, i would assume yes they are taken into consideration but not nearly as much as your “core”.
