Grades

Question…where on MyBama can we see their grades??

There is a Student Grade section on the left side in the Student tab. Mid-term grades for 1xx and 2xx level courses are posted there (by 10/16, I believe). Final grades are posted there as well.

[Midterm Grade Reports Schedule | The Office of the University Registrar - The University of Alabama](http://registrar.ua.edu/services/myfaculty/grade-reporting/midterm-grade-schedule/)

Some courses may post ongoing assignments and grades in Blackboard.

S said his teacher said they don’t have to take exam if happy with grade- -all classes are posted except this one and 1 other- guess he needs to email him to find out grade?

Are you talking about a midterm exam that could be skipped?

If this is a frosh class, there should be a grade posted either way. It’s not the exam grade that gets posted, it’s the cum grade that is posted.

Some instructors use the Blackboard app in MyBama. Login in to MyBama and then click the Blackboard icon on the top right. Once in Blackboard select the course you are interested in, if it is listed. Then on the left side of the screen select My Grades. If the instructor uses Blackboard, then all the grades for assignments and tests should be posted there. Not all instructors use Blackboard and some that do just use it to post the syllabus and don’t record grades there, but you can check.

Apparently he found them. It’s the final exam. I looked on blackboard but this teacher hadn’t posted grades. I don’t know where he found them.

They were under exam results
