Considering myself as an above average applicant, please be honest.

For first semester, I received:
AP Literature: A
AP Physics: B
AP Chemistry: B
AP Government: B
AP Calculus AB: B
Spanish: B

I know, I know, it's horrible, and I went through a major senioritis. Prior to my senior year, I had four B's. My final rank is still within top two percentile. I have plenty of excuses, such as financial difficulty and the need for me to work on top of piles of homework everyday, but it is ultimately myself to blame. Am I screwed, as in did I just lose my opportunity to even be considered an acceptee at Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, Johns Hopkins, and Cornell!!!???

UndeadRussian, I have already been accepted to UCLA and UC Berkeley under Regent's, and UCLA has given me full aid. I'd certainly be thrilled to attend either of the schools.

I am specifically asking this question regarding the top notch schools that I applied to, which have deadly competition - meaning that bad senior year grades can cause acceptance. Maybe I should have been more specific with my question: Are those grades bad enough to get me rejected from the the top tiers?
