<p>I suppose there could be differences school to school.</p>

<p>However, most I am familiar with will list on your School #2 transcript, without grades, courses you took at another institution and the # credits you are being awarded for each at the new institution. </p>

<p>I don’t believe they will list courses you withdrew from at a prior school. In fact, in my experience, if you took a course at a prior school but will not receive credit for it at School #2… it won’t show up on your transcript, even though you completed the course.</p>

<p>The course I withdrew from at my old school doesn’t show up on my new school’s transcript. However, I generally have to submit transcripts from both colleges anyways to things (internships, etc), so it doesn’t really matter.</p>
