Gradessss

When do they come out?

Different topic: What do you recommend for second year housing?

Soon, probably early next week or you can constantly check oasis.

For USC housing, I’d recommend Webb, Troy, and Troy East. Tuscany is super nice as well.

You can also look into the new University Gateway that’s being built right now, it looks amazing but its expensive ($1008 per month).

Webb fills up really quickly even when you have a very decent lottery #. My D didn’t get in and if I remember correctly her slot was early afternoon on the first day. Webb was filled up by noon. D lives in Cardinal Gardens and is quite happy. Very convenient right across the street.

Okay.

How close are those three to campus? And how do they rank price-wise, ammenity-wise, etc?

Webb is on campus, Troy/Troy East are sorta behind the UV, Tuscany is across the street from the SE corner, and Cardinal Gardens is across the street from Cafe 84.

The individual prices are listed here: [Housing Options - Where Do I Live?](Building Search | USC Housing)

Amenity wise, they are all pretty much the same since they are all apartments. They each have a couple bedrooms, living room/dining room, kitchen, etc. If you click each one above, it lists the full amenities.

Okay. And are those all University Housing aparments? Or their own buildings?

I’m trying to decide whether or not I need to do the University Housing Renewal.

Those are all owned or managed by USC housing.

I’d probably expect grades around the 23rd or so.

Grades are up, in case anyone’s interested :)

Any ideas? The USC website does not have any information.
