Grading Scale @ UCLA?

Does this school have all A, A-, B+,B, B-, and so on?
If so, what are the grade points for each?(like 4.0, 3.67, etc.)

Yes they do because at a tour this question was asked to a current student and he said that some professors usually dont give out the + unless you aske for it which is pretty stupid if you ask me but yeah they do and sorry I dont know about the grade points.

i heard that its like
A+ 4.33
A-4.0
A- 3.7
B+ 3.4
etc.
somethng like that.ask flopsy

Actually, I don't think there are extra points for A+'s. It's just something that "looks good" on the transcript and can be a deciding factor with awards.

A+ = 4.0
A = 4.0
A- = 3.7
B+ = 3.3
B = 3.0
B- = 2.7
C+ = 2.3
C = 2.0
C- = 1.7
D = 0.0
F = 0.0

I'm not sure about the D and F, though.

I believe that you lose points for F's. I'm not sure but I know that at least at the CSU's, if you fail a class you'll get negitive GPA points.

no its not negative.
F receives 0 and D gets you 1 grade point haha.

Well that's good to hear I suspose... Though I would rather just not fail or get a D in a class.

Hey Icarus, was your network connection down last night too?

yeah :(
