<p>Can a current student or parent please tell me if Elon is on a 10 pt. or 7 pt. grading scale?</p>
<p>For admissions? Or their grading scale when you are enrolled and taking Elon classes?</p>
<p>For admissions, Elon uses a 6.0 scale when evaluating your hs transcript. 4.0 for an A in a college prep class, 5.0 for an A in an Honors Class, and 6.0 for an A in an AP class.</p>
<p>Once you are enrolled, they use a 4.0 scale. A=4, A-=3.7, B+=3.3, B=3.0, etc.</p>
<p>Sorry not to be clear. I am trying to figure out, for example our State Universities grade on a 10 point scale 90-100 is an A, while the high school my daughter graduated from and some private schools in our area operate on a 7 pt. scale 93-100 is an A. I’ve been unable to locate this info on the Elon website. Any info anyone can share is helpful. Thanks so much.</p>
