Grading Scale

<p>Is the grading scale (4, 3.7, 3.2.. or 4, 3, 2..etc) determined by each individual professor, and thus different for every class, or is there a commonly used grading scale used by most teachers? while searching the website, i found a few that were different, but I wasn't sure if this was indicative of most classes at UR.</p>

<p>no, there is a gpa scale for the whole school i believe. Thats how all univerisities are i thought.</p>
