I am desperate to get into MIT for grad admissions and would like to know more about people who have gotten accepted into and rejected from MIT, if you guys wouldn't mind posting your stats. I want information like:

Undergraduate university
GPA
Length of study (does it matter, like is 3 yrs more impressive than 4)
Major
Research Experience
Rank (approx)
GRE
Awards/Honors/Recognitions
Pertinent activities and anything accomplishments

For graduate work, you apply to the specific department you’re interested in rather than to the school, so asking about people who applied to MIT for graduate work won’t give you useful information. The profiles of accepted students will be very different in different departments.

This is not the best forum for grad applicants. Might I suggest the Grad Cafe?

Also, let me suggest that you read this. The author has served on PhD admissions committees (in CS, but much of the advice is generalizable to any sci/eng field) at CMU, Berkeley, and MIT. It is about what admissions committees at top-10 programs look for in applicants.
