Graduate Admission: Work and entrepreneurship experience. Will a good CV help?

Hi people,

I'm studying (industrial) engineering. This is currently my 3rd semester and I have a CGPA about 3.0. That may increase because I had hard times in my first semester (GPA was about 2.5.).

I'm very interested in working in IT sector. Currently I'm working at an SEO agency. And I want to work in different parts of IT too. Also I want to start a startup company maybe in my 2nd or 3rd year.

Will those work for me when applying to a graduate program?

To be clear, I want to study in top50 or top100 universities during my graduate education.

To sum up : Will a guy like these be accepted by top graduate schools?

3.0-3.5 GPA

Founded a student club and was the president of it for a year. The club became one of the most active clubs in campus.

+Worked in SEO sector.

+Was an editor of school's newspaper, currently social media manager of it.

+Has a startup company (That's my goal.)

What can I do to improve my chances about a good graduate school?

PS: It's my 2nd year in my college which is a top200 one.

Thanks for your help!!
