Graduate Housing

hi everyone. i’ll be starting graduate school at UF in the fall and i heard right now was a good time to hunt for apartments. i’m looking for a safe and quiet place away from noisy undergrads. my budget is about $600-700/mo and Diamond Village is one on-campus grad housing i might consider. any thoughts on diamond village (e.g., safety, cleanliness) and any suggestions for places?

also when do applications for fall 2016 graduate housing open?

Congrats on getting into Grad school! A few of my friends from undergrad here have gone on to the graduate level at UF. My best friend lived at Center Court, which is an area right behind midtown, but not close enough to hear the noise. It’s close to classes and is inexpensive – like around $500+ with parking included. I would definitely check those out, but I don’t know anything about UF’s graduate housing system, sorry I can’t help with that!
