I've heard SDSU has a low 4-year graduation rate because of impacted classes. I've been accepted into the Pre Journalism Public Relations program. So I guess I'm just wondering if I'll be able to graduate in 4 years if I attend?

My aunt and uncle live in SD and they say that SDSU is very pacted and difficult to get the classes you need. It will take more than 4 yrs.

I got accepted in for Mech. Eng. So it will take more time for me

I can say you can graduate in 4 years. Both of my daughters are graduating this May. My 21 year old is graduating in 4 years with a major in finance, a minor in marketing, a minor in interdisciplinary studies, and from the honors program. My 20 year old is graduating in 3 years with a major in political science and a minor in psychology. They both did start with AP credits, but even without those they still would have completed their majors in 4 years. They both also have had very good class schedules every year.

All of the people my D knew who are attending SDSU will graduate in 4 years (2014). There are a couple of people she knows who are graduating early in December. Their majors include accounting, business and engineering.
