I’m currently a Sophomore at South Seattle College and hoping to transfer into the UW’s Computer Science program.
I will graduate in Spring 2016 and finish all of my preq classes at that time. I wonder that can I still apply for UW in Fall 2016 ? Because I think it will be a little late .

Well, you could apply for UW then, but you’d b applying for the winter of 2017 quarter if you meant you would be applying during the Fall months of 2016. The application is out for Fall 2016 admission if that’s when you want to attend though.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the reason why you’d be wanting to apply after you graduate is because you will complete your prereqs in your last quarter and you’d like the best chances at transfer acceptence. There is a field in the transfer application whre you can include classes you will have taken between your application and quarter for possible admission, and this would simplify your situation well. I was a student who transferred from Bellevue College for admission for the Fall of 2015 and I can guarantee you this much.
Yup you can transfer for fall quarter. Double check by emailing an adviser though.
