Graduate school admissions- quick question

Hey,

For instance- to get into a graduate program in psychology, does my undergrad degree also have to be in psychology? Thanks

It does not have to be. You’ll want to display competence in the area of the graduate degree, though, which usually means at least a minor in the subject or scoring extremely well on the subject GRE. Your research interests matter, too. For instance, labs in psychology departments that are doing computational/theoretical work might actually prefer a math or physics major to a psychology major.
