Graduate school application fee waiver

<p>I am currently applying for graduate school, and I was wondering if anyone knows any way to get the application fee waived. I am applying to programs at the following schools:
-University of Arizona
-University of Hawaii
-University of Michigan
-University of Oregon </p>

<p>I would be very thankful if someone has any ideas. </p>

<p>I think you generally need to be able to get the GRE fee waived.</p>
