graduate school application wreck!!!

I want to get my masters in statistics but I don't think im strong enough. I have a cumulative 3.55 gpa and im a math major. These are my grades so far in all my math upper division classes
Advanced Calculus I and II-A's
Elementary Abstract Algebra- A
Statistics-A
Number Theory-B
Linear Algebra-B
Partial Differential Equations-A
Differential Equations-A
Differential Geometry-A
Intro to proofs-A

Graph Theory-A

Gre Quant: 168

Gre Qualititaive: 161

Yeah my grades are not that stellar and I also another problem----> I don't have any research experience on me either and I feel this is going to hold me back from getting admission into a good master's program. I still have one more year till I graduate. . I mean I don't expect to go to an ivy league, I just want to go to a good school like Stoneybrook. I don't know what to do. Will this ruin my chances of getting in? Right now im trying to get a hold of a professor that I can do research with under a topic of my interest but not sure if that will do? I'd like some advice on what to do?

You probably should re-post your question here: [Graduate School - College Confidential](Graduate School - College Confidential Forums)
