<p>Does graduate school perform their GPA cutoffs straight or do they calculate your last 90 quarter units or what not? What do they consider during admission (overall, junior, core, or just all of it?)? I would hate to get cut off when my overall is lower but junior year (all upper divs) is 3.9+.</p>

<p>It will vary from program to program, but your more recent grades will always receive more attention than one weak grade in your freshman year.</p>
