Hey everyone! I currently attend SUNY Oswego (Class of 2020)… but as time is approaching, I really need to start thinking of where I want to go for graduate school. I have provided all reasonable data about me with a list of schools that I am thinking about applying too. I now ask, do you guys know of any other schools that I should add to my radar to research and apply to?
About Me: Currently am a Junior at SUNY Oswego
Major: BS. in Biology with Molecular Biology Focus
GPA: 3.22
Significant Courses Taken: Cellular Physiology (B+), Genetics with Lab (A & A), Organic Chem I and II with Labs (B & B in Lectures, A & A- in Labs), Microbiology (B-), Animal Kingdom (B-), 12 credits of Research at A, 3 credits of TAing at an A.
Future Classes: Bicohemistry I and II, Molecular Biology Methods, Calculus II and Ecology
Extracurricular Activities: Im a full time RA, in 3 clubs, and I work as a clerk on campus
Research: I do Molecular Biology research with a professor where I work with Cell Migration… hopefully my work gets published by the time I graduate.
TA: I have TA’d for 3 semesters (Including next semester)
What I want to Do: Research in Molecular Biology/Genetics/Research.
Graduate Schools and Programs I have Been Considering. I understand im not level Harvard, Yale Brown… or even BU or University of Miami… i get that…
