Graduate School???

So, I am currently a Junior at Purdue University and studying Mechanical Engineering. I hadn't really thought too hard about graduate school, and figured I would make that decision once I got there. But, with jobs/internship being slow, I am thinking more about attending grad. school. I realize I still have 2 years left, but I want to make the right decision. Right now my GPA is a 3.45, and my experience is sorely lacking. I really want to get my feet wet and work once I graduate, but I don't want to regret not getting a master's degree. So what would you do if you were in my shoes?

Also getting an online master’s is a possibility. Does an employer look down on this, if I wanted to work and get my master’s online?

In 2 years this recession will be in history books and we will be about 8 years out from the next one. If grad school is your plan B and you are only considering it in order to weather the recession, you may find it’s more trouble than it’s worth.
