can someone please please tell me....it is possible for a student like me who will complete his Master's degree in Computer Science in near future. but, now I want to major(do my BS, MS, and Ph.D) in Aerospace engineering.....my question is, since I already became a graduate student and now want to do undergraduate(BS) in Aerospace engineering, will colleges allow me to go back to undergrad?.....please help......thanks a lot in advance...

you have quite strong technical background already...why go back to bachelors degree where you will have to complete basic education requirements (math, physics, writing, humanities)? This will be a huge waste of time for you.

I recommend pursuing a second masters degree in Aerospace Engineering instead of doing bachelors.

^but what about the core AeroE courses? I think that's what he's worried about. He'd be behind the curve jumping right into a masters of AeroE if he were accepted.

Hmmm, I have no personal experience, but I have heard of school's that offer admissions to students attempting to receive a 2nd B.S. I believe the admissions process is the same as transfer students, but you would have to check with each school that has that option available.

The other option would be to apply for graduate school in Aerospace Engineering, but you would have to talk it over with the advisors at your current college or the advisors at the college(s) that you are planning to apply to.

Why don't you try leveraging your computer science expertise into a job in aerospace? It'd be a heck of a lot cheaper and it wouldn't waste your time... Your employer would likely pay for you to take courses to get you up to speed in subjects you're unfamiliar with. You just need to market yourself. Pick up a book called "What Color Is Your Parachute?" and read it. No need to do your undergrad all over again.

thanks a lot for your helps, guys. I really really appreciated it. But, if I straight go into Master's in Aerospace engr then won't it be too hard for me, bcoz I won't hv undergrad background in the field. Do you know any universities that allows graduate students to be an undergraduate again?....plz, help.
