graduating college in 3 years bad for graduate school?

I am currently a senior in high school and am looking into graduating college in 3 years. will this look bad for rigurious MBA programs such as Harvard's and Stanford's? I will also have accumulated 5-7 years of work experiance and i will be transfering within my company (Marriott) once i enter college.

Nah, MBA programs don't care all that much about your undergrad stuff. What they care about is your work experience, your essays, your rec's, and your interview. What you did as an undergraduate is only a minor consideration.

So graduating college early may actually help you in the sense that it will give you another year of work experience.
