Graduating Early From Recruitment Prospective and Study/Intern Abroad Dilemma?

How beneficial is it to graduate early from a company recruitment process? Is it detrimental or seen as not being mature enough to handle the workload? I want to potentially go into public accounting (Big4) and get my CPA. I want to study abroad in Sydney!

I have really two options right now:

(1) Spend a summer studying abroad and interning (about 2 mths) and graduate early with just a business administration degree w/ accounting concentration. Since I'll be graduating as a junior, the only significant internship experience I have would be my study abroad/internship.

(2) Spend an entire semester studying abroad (about 5-6 mths) and graduate in exactly four years with a business administration degree w/ accounting AND finance/or econ concentration. Since I'll be graduating in four years, I can spend my junior summer probably interning at a more prestigious internship/company.

(3) Still spend my summer studying abroad, but graduate in 3.5 years - spending the first semester of my senior year getting the rest of my CPA credit hours. Since I won't technically graduate until after my first semester of senior year, I can spend junior summer probably working at a better internship.

I also have a financial issue, so graduating early for me is a plus, as well as being able to spend my supposed senior year working that money back... which would look better from a recruitment standpoint / your opinions?
