Is it difficult to find subletters for the middle of the year? Are there any other housing options besides signing a yearly lease and only being there for about 5 months of it?</p>
<p>No. Don’t sublet. You will ending up getting more trouble because you cannot trust your housemates when you are not there.
There are several 6 month lease apts.</p>
<p>never sublet, trust me.(i know you do not know me) but, if you do I can tell you I told you so!</p>
<p>Try finding someone else to sublet from instead of finding a place that you have to sublet.</p>
<p>A lot of people study abroad for only a semester at a time and need someone to sublet their apartment to for that semester.</p>
