Graduating/Skipping 11th grade to 12th grade?

I have 15 credits and I'm going to be a junior starting in September 2013. I need a total of 23.5 credits to get a high school diploma. Is it anyway to skip to 12th grade? I live in PA. Is there any early/dual enrollment college programs in PA near Philadelphia instead of CCP?

Stats:

5 in Electives
2 in English (English 1,2)
2 in Math (Algebra 1 and Geometry Honors)
2 in Science (Physical Science, Biology Honors)
2 in Social Studies (1 credit being African American History/World History)
2 in Health/P.E.

Three honors classes (Geometry Honors, Biology Honors, English 2 Honors)

I don’t think you should get your diploma early if you can take dual-enrollment classes for free or at a reduced cost if you remain a high school student.

I suggest contacting local colleges and asking what they offer.

Do you know if it’s possible to skip a grade in Pennsylvania? Or is there anyway to get high school credits online during this summer break?

It probably depends on your school policies, not your state. You’ll have to ask your guidance counselor…you may be able to get credits through independent study (I got credit for some classes by taking the final without taking the class) or by taking online classes.
But I still don’t see why it would benefit you to skip a numerical grade. Presumably you can test out of your school’s graduation requirements and take a full-time dual enrollment schedule in any grade. Spending four years enrolled in a high school (even if you take all your classes at a college) gives you more time to develop your resume for college admissions.

I just spoke to someone at my school district, and I found out I can’t skip a numerical grade, but I’m going to attend a dual-enrollment program at my local CC for college credits. I got a placement test on August 6, 2013.
