<p>My son is graduating with his B.A. this May. I know it's very early, but do you have any tips for me about attending the graduation ceremony at the Kohl Center? Parking ... dress ... where to sit ... anything at all?</p>
<p>(Tip #1 obviously is to get a hotel room way in advance. I've done that, thank God.)</p>

<p>Pretty casual event. Business casual is fine. Parking near Kohl is limited. If you are staying at a hotel downtown just walk or cab it. Don’t forget dinner reservations too. Enjoy and congrats.</p>
<p>Look at the graduation info on the UW website (I just did). They will have shuttle buses from some parking lots, such as near the engineering end. Tell relatives they can watch the live video of the ceremony.</p>
