My cousin's daughter will be attending Villanova next year (having chosen it over Duke, Johns Hopkins, Notre Dame, Columbia, Fordham, Maryland, Carnegie Mellon, Virginia Tech, and a couple of others that I can't remember) and we thought that some sort of gift card usable at a restaurant or convenience store near campus would be part of a good graduation gift. My son is a student at William & Mary and loves it when people give him WaWa gift cards, as the WaWa on the edge of campus is very popular.

Anyway, can any of you folks who know the campus and the area make any suggestions? Are there any WaWas or other places that are popular that might fit this bill?

Thanks!

What a great idea! I'd love some suggestions too.

Villanova clothes are very popular and can be ordered on line. Our other kids had one or two items with their college name, but our youngest has many Nova sweats, shirts, hats etc. You you see them everywhere on campus. Also, any store at King of Prussia mall or Hopes Cookies, or Peace a Pizza. All these places are popular with students according to my daughter. A Zip ID case by Vera Bradley is available at the bookstore or the Vera B. web site. It holds the Wildcard, which they need at all times, a cell phone, and room key. Its about ten dollars.

Campus Corner, Wingers, Peace a Pizza, Bertuccis, Gullifty's. They're all popular food places in the area where I frequently go with my friends.

Thanks for the ideas. Any suggestions on where to buy the Nova clothing?

Wingers is a really popular option for late night delivery food.

Due to the short time involved and our busy schedules we went with a gift card to Linens n Things (or was it Bed, Bath, and Beyond? They both look alike to me).

We just got back from the graduation party and now my daughter is pumped up about doing some more college visits, including Villanova.
