<p>I’ve heard that it is difficult to graduate in 4 years at Cal Poly and would like to know if taking summer classes will me graduate in 4 years. Also, since I plan to spend my summer back home and there is a community college close by, is it possible for me to take classes there and have them transfer towards getting my undergraduate degree?</p>

<p>my friend graduated from cal poly and it took him 4.5 years to complete his major which was engineering.</p>
<p>i plan to take summer school too so i can get ahead. just make sure the courses you take satisfy your major requirements/ge and are transferable.</p>
