I am a rising senior in fairfax county virginia and i was wondering how people get medals when they graduate. I know every school is different and i go to an IB school so i dont know what the cords and medals represent…are the medals based on gpa or grades from a certain class?? Im just wondering…thank you!
It depends. Some are for GPA, some are for other accomplishments, such as special awards or honors.
