Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit

<p>why not something classical?</p>

<p>I happen to know some good Broadway and movie songs u might wanna run by ur music teacher</p>

<p>For Good ( Wicked)
We Go Together ( Grease)
What I Did For Love ( A Chorus Line)
At The Beginning ( Pop song found on the soundtrack for the Disney movie Anastasia)
Seasons of Love ( RENT. Maybe its cuz its my fave song ever, so im biased, but this is EXCELLENT. I'm trying to convince my teacher to do it for our graduation because this song and the show have such a great message.)
Corner of the Sky ( Pippin)
A Lot of Livin' To Do ( Bye Bye Birdie)
Seize the Day ( Newsies)
Beautiful City ( Godspell)
This is the Moment ( Jekyll and Hyde)
Will I? ( RENT)
Hold On ( The Secret Garden)
Our Last Summer ( song by ABBA, in Mamma Mia)
Fame ( Fame)
I Sing the Body Electric ( Fame)
Time in a Bottle ( im not sure who this is by)
Amazing Grace
Circle of Life ( The Lion King)
Can You Feel the Land Tonight ( The Lion King)
They Live in You
Another Suitcase in Another Hall ( Evita)
Something's Coming ( West Side Story)
I'm Still Here ( Follies)
I Know Where I've Been ( Hairspray. though its about fighting for desegregation, the words could apply to graduation.)
No One is Alone ( Into the Woods)
No More ( Into the Woods)
When You're Alone ( Hook)
Why? ( tick...tick...BOOM!)
Louder Than Words ( tick...tick...BOOM!)
Lean On Me
Ain't No Mountain High Enough
and i want to say Happiness from You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, but that seems a little juvenile.
i also sang Hero ( Mariah Carey) for my elementary school graduation</p>

<p>Why do people still think that time of your life is a good graduation song? "It's so perfect!" It's soooo overdone. I'm so sick of it.</p>

<p>The Times They Are a Changing--Bob Dylan
Its the End of the World as We Know It--R.E.M.
100 Years--Five for Fighting
I Hope You Dance--Leeann Womack
Through the Years--Kenny Rogers [more for the families than for the grads]</p>

<p>"We are the champions"</p>

<p>And "Time of Your Life" definitely works too...</p>

<p>:)</p>

<p>Our graduation song is the song from faith hill... I don't remember which one it is. I think it is the one with the music video with faith lying naked in a bed in the desert. I am not sure if it is breathe. I don't think it is because it doesn't seem to fit.</p>

<p>Please don't choose time of your life. It is used way too much. You might as well play that Vitamin C song that they always play at junior high graduation.</p>

<p>What Vitamin C song?</p>

<p>the one called Graduation</p>

<p>Kansas Dust in the Wind
Rod Stewart Forever Young</p>

<p>Yes this was my class's graduation song along with hundreds of others. I admit it's a good graduation song, but it's really overdone.</p>

<p>"You Were Loved" by Whitney Houston</p>

<p>Vitamin C only has one song as far as I know.. and it's so cheeseball. I refuse to use that. I hate that mushy song.
I've got a list together... And I guess my principal will narrow it down.</p>
