I was reading through the grammar section in RR and I had the epiphany that I didn't know ANYTHING about grammar after adverbs. I couldn't even identify subjects when looking for errors in subject-pronouns. Now I know there's a lot of Internet grammar websites, but some of them often have incorrect grammar rules. Is there a book (a grammar bible or something, the strunk and white for grammar) that talks about all English grammar rules correctly and verifiably? thanks in advance.

My guide is pretty good for that I hope. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/953827-preview-silverturtles-guide-sat-admissions.html

I am excited for this, but will it have a crash course in basic grammar too?

I structure the whole grammar portion of the guide within a discussion of the parts of speech, so I would say yes.
