Grammar help on obscure SAT questions?

<p>I'm doing a practice section from a very old test and I don't have the answers. Here are some that I'm confused about and I'll put an asterisk next to the answers that I think are correct or the ones I'm stick between. Thanks!!!:</p>

<p>I actually just found the answers, and it turns out that the answers are:

  2. C
  3. E
  4. D
  5. A (D has no subject)
  6. E
    @marvin100‌ correct for all except 2 and 5. Thanks for the response </p>

<p>@heldenleben‌ for question 5, how do you define “has no subject”. Honestly i cant see why D is wrong. I can certai ly think of an example to support my view: i notice that he eats WITHOUT caring about his weight</p>

<p>And why 2 is C?</p>

<p>@Sparkkid1234‌ I honestly don’t know. I thought that 2.e and 5.d would be correct as well.</p>

<p>I get the others, but really can’t see how 2 can be C. </p>

<p>OP: Where did you find the answers? How did you search? </p>

<p>@dyiu13‌ I had a tutor for one session awhile ago and she gave me this section as practice and sent me the answers later.</p>
