What are Grammatix's secrets for CR?

glucose101, why is it that you are the only one who posts anything about Grammatix???

(by the way i want to know the answer to his/her question too)

because everyone makes Grammatix seem like the omnipotent book for CR....which is my worst subject, btw

why? how bad did you do? you can't be worse than me..

550... :-X

I need like a 700, which is why it is bad

''Maximum SAT'' by Peter Edwards is a good one that could help you get your desired score.

ahh, i got 550 to (that was on my fifth time to take the SAT.)
all i want is 600.

people keep telling me to forget about CR bec. it's the highest in Egypt (where i live) but i'm still working on it.

Last time I tried arguing pro-Grammatix, someone accused me of somehow making money off of the sales or something, so I won't say much here. Anyway, I purchased it, and it DID help...it really DID help...it's not a scam, the guy is completely legit, and he really does backup his money back guarantee. On the SAT, I scored an 8 on my essay, e-mailed the dude with my essay and he e-mailed me back with suggestions. I worked with him, and followed through, and on the ACT the next week, I scored a 12 on the writing section. If nothing more, buy this for the personal help that the maker gives you.

The book really did help me, though. I'm sure it can help you too. If it doesn't take Mike up on his moneyback guarantee.

can you tell me one tip for CR then, maybe I'll think about it if the tip is really good....

Grammatix is a book or a on-line course?
so confused........

It's a Book.

so
is Grammatix especially good for CR?
and compared to rocket review, which one is better, should I buy both of them?

Personnally I don't use either one. I posted the one I saw fit for that part or any part at question. Earlier

...No, I won't post a tip. Like I said earlier, Mike stands by his moneyback guarantee and will refund your money if you're not satisfied. Glucose, there once was a VERY long thread about Grammatix and the prep system...infact, it became such a large thread that Grammatix is an E-book in a PDF file. If you pay $10 more, he'll mail you the paperback holepunched version when you buy the online book. When I purchased it, he was giving all College Confidential members the paperback part for free...just mention that you're a member of the CC community. BTW, Grammatix DID help me for CR.

If you have more questions or still belive that this guy doesn't exist, e-mail him at questions@AceTheSAT.com
I've never used Rocket Review, but I've definately heard of it.

Read this thread for someone who took them up on the refund:

Also, if the first e-mail doesn't work, use this one: mbarrett@grammatix.com

At one point, Mike sent out a mass exodus of emails to all of his customers that the email he had on his website was being spammed like crazy, so he created a new one that you get once you purchase the product in attempts to keep his spam level down. I read some threads just now about people having trouble contacting him, and that is the reason why. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that the email I'm posting in this message is the right contact one.

One last thing...I can't find the REALLY long thread with the review and everything, but I found this thread that I bet you'll find interesting. Mike has his own CC account and pops into the thread to discuss his book. It's a long thread, and Mike has detailed responses.

ENJOY!

I just bought it, couldn't download it, got the new email, sent Mike an email asking for help with the download and Mike never responded. Called the processing company to cancel the order. Maybe he has gone out of the business...

which e-mail did you email him at?
