<p>No. While he is in High school he can’t be counted as in college for your FAFSA and is not eligible to file FAFSA himself. Once he graduates HS and goes to college, then he can file FAFSA and you can count him as enrolled in college for that school year (for instance if he will graduate HS in 2014 and anticipates attending college that fall, you can include him in your 2014-2015 FAFSA.</p>
