I am looking to go into the digital design/graphic arts field. However, I want to go through a computer science school, not an art school (just to give me some more flexibility with the careers I can go into and the options I have later on). What are some of the best schools that offer graphic arts majors within their engineering schools?

RIT does a great job mixing art and technology. There are several degrees there that could fit the bill for you. Here’s just one: http://igm.rit.edu/nmid-overview
