Hello! So I got in Pratt’s communication (graphic) design. I didn’t do a lot of research about this school before I apply there, but I heard that SVA has a better graphic design program than Pratt. Is that true:-/? Do I need to apply to SVA? And is Pratt a good school for graphic design? Thank you!

Both are great schools for graphic design. Especially Pratt. Go to whichever one offers you better scholarship money and financial aid.
Pratt’s ComD is three faceted: illustration, graphic design, and advertising art. You choose a concentration but receive training in all three due to the way these disciplines interchange in the real world. Don’t know anything about SVA’s but it’s graphic design might outrank Pratt’s by a bit according to Animation Career Review:

Both are top notch schools. You might want to visit both and see what your merit aid package is.
