<p>I had sort of an odd GRE related question. Do they let you take the GRE at a testing center outside of your residential state? Eg. the testing centers in my state don't seem to have dates that are convenient for me but a neighboring state does.</p>
<p>Short answer: Yes.</p>
<p>You can take the GRE in any city or country it’s available as long as you register for that location in advance. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there early.</p>
